Shipping & Ordering
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over 50 dollars. Orders under 50 dollars are charged a standard shipping fee of 5.95. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days. At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States, but we are working on expanding our shipping locations.
Order Delivery
After placing an order, processing generally takes 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually occurs within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping is currently limited to the contiguous United States.
Shipping Address Changes
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to update or change the shipping address. Please review all order and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will be happy to resend the order or issue a refund.
Orders
You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been sent. You may also check your order status by logging into your account and viewing the orders section. Please allow up to 24 hours for order details to update. Tracking information will be available once the order has shipped.
Order Changes and Cancellations
At this time, we are unable to make any changes to orders once they are placed, including changes to shipping addresses. Orders also cannot be canceled after they have been submitted. Please confirm all order details before completing your purchase.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us at support@amorecosmetics.com and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at the same address with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and include original packaging. Shipping fees are non refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products sold as part of a set are not eligible for return. For full details, please refer to our terms of service.
Once a return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
In Store Availability
We plan to offer our products in select retail locations in the future. Updates will be shared as they become available. To stay informed, we recommend signing up for our email list.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Prepaid gift cards, checks, and money orders are not accepted.
